$17 Million Golden Shoes
In Dubai, in the seven-star Burj Al Arab Hotel, women's shoes made of gold and encrusted with diamonds were showcased to the public.

According to the Arabic edition of The National, the most expensive pair of shoes in the world is on sale for $17 million.
Shoes, made by Dubai designers, were created in collaboration with a local jewelry company. The shoemakers are certain that they have created a truly “one-of-a-kind model”.
In the photo: elegant high-heeled stilettos are encrusted with 263 small diamonds. A large 15-carat diamond adorns the toe of each stiletto.
A more affordable collection of women's shoes and sandals might also interest wealthy buyers: each pair is decorated with gold, diamonds and natural pearls, ranging from $17,000 to $27,000 dollars.
In the photo: red high-heeled “Ruby Stilettos” are encrusted with diamonds and rubies. This pair of shoes is on sale for $27,000 dollars.
