- Surround yourself with the right people

If you spend a lot of time with pessimists and whiners, you will not make any progress. They will impose their own low self-esteem on you. Surround yourself with positive and friendly people who support you when you need it.

Certainly, you cannot improve your self-esteem overnight, but if you follow these tips, you will eventually see the results! Remember that we learn by doing and achieve by pursuing!
