The Burj Khalifa

Named after the world's tallest building, a skyscraper in Dubai, the Burj Khalifa was the signature dish of the ‘Eat the World DXB Festival’, celebrated in that city.

The burger was priced at $63 and counted with a special component in its list of ingredients:

- Four Wagyu beef patties;

- Seared duck foie gras;

- Black truffled cheese;

- Saffron mayonnaise;

- All topped by a 24-karat edible gold burger bun.

A dish that fits the luxury of Dubai

The most expensive street food of the festival was the work of UK food truck company 'The Roadery', which wanted to create something “fitting with the luxury of Dubai.”

Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai was photographed taking a bite of this extremely gourmet gold burger.
